The colours of the ocean are wonderful but around Rottnest they are so inspirational. This is painted in acrylic paint over a textured surface

I worked as a Cartographic & Townplanning draftswoman and later completed Art & Design at Carine Tafe where I became very inspired by the use of texture in acrylics. I have been exhibiting since 1996, participating in many solo & group exhibitions. I regularly exhibit at Juniper Gallery and have pieces hung in the Stirling and Vincent shire art collections. I often run demonstrations showing many of my techniques using collage & texture. The ocean and her many changing moods are a constant inspiration to me.
