I am a visual artist based in Fremantle, Western Australia. I studied Design at Curtin University and spent over 25 years in the advertising industry as a Graphic Artist and Studio Manager. More recently I returned to painting and drawing with acrylics and pencil.a My paintings feature honest brush strokes, conveying the essence of the subject. My pencil work is more structured with emphasis on detail whilst also working with negative spaces to compose the drawing. I have spent many hours at the beach and on the ocean with family and friends and our beautiful coastline is the subject of many of my artworks.
