Born Perth 1962 I paint mainly with pastels – being a dry medium it allows me to work spontaneously without waiting for paint to dry. Over the years I have enjoyed pushing this medium to its boundaries. Applying various textures and techniques to the painting surface before overlaying with the pastels to add another dimension to my work. I have been exhibiting throughout Western Australia in open and invitation only art exhibitions since 1992. Within this time I have received over 100 awards throughout the state.
